Empowering Women to Lead in Energy
Lean In Energy is a chapter of Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In organization, dedicated specifically to women in the energy industry. Founded by Katie Mehnert, Lean In Energy provides a community, resources, and programming to help women in energy advance their careers and lead with confidence.
Through peer circles, mentorship, and events, Lean In Energy has helped hundreds of women in the energy sector build the skills, networks, and confidence to step into leadership roles.
